While the fear of COVID and its strains are taking over liberal states (really only with virtue-signaling, but no real science), it’s always reassuring to see that the country isn’t entirely filled with moronic sheeple.
A college football game took place in Gainesville, Florida on Saturday between Alabama and Florida at the Ben Hill Griffin Stadium. After the third quarter, thousands of fans were singing Tom Petty’s “I Won’t Back Down.”
Singing this Tom Petty classic has become a tradition in Florida over the past few years and it’s heart-warming to see another event that hasn’t been robbed by COVID and the federal government.
There’s just something incredibly transcendental about hearing hundreds or even thousands of people collectively singing.
